How it all started

UX Journey

learning figma

Before design, I studied sociology and business administration at The University of Texas at Austin🤘

I originally wanted to pursue research to study the impact of health and illness in society.

However! During my last semester of undergrad I took an intro course into UX/UI and completely fell in love with the UX process.

Research is a huge passion of mine, but I realized that I loved being a creative problem-solver.

Post-grad, I began pursuing UX/UI Design through a certificate offered at The University of Texas at Austin.

I currently combine my passion for research and creative problem-solving as a UX/UI Designer at Giddy✨

My UX Journey

Before design, I studied sociology and business administration at The University of Texas at Austin🤘

I originally wanted to pursue research to study the impact of health and illness in society.

However!

During my last semester of undergrad, I took an intro course into UX/UI Design and fell in love with the design process.

I found that solving complex user problems and translating them into designs was the perfect balance of my passions for research and creative problem solving.

After undergrad, I returned to UT Austin and completed a UX/UI certificate from McCombs School of Business.

And.. that's how my UX journey began!
